Grace returned to Planning Potential in September 2021, having previously spent six years working in the London office, before leaving the business for two years to broaden her experience. 

When she first joined Planning Potential, Grace was involved with a wide variety of developments, gaining experience in the retail, leisure and residential sectors. This broad, practical experience enabled her to consolidate her planning knowledge and hone her skills.

Grace now works in the residential team, where she manages the day-to-day coordination of residential projects, providing technical input and planning strategy advice to clients. Her skills include multi-disciplinary team management and the ability to understand developers’ and occupiers’ requirements. She also has sound technical skills and an awareness of commercial realities.

Grace manages projects from inception through to completion and provides planning advice to clients on all aspects of the planning process. She compiles comprehensive appraisals, assessing development proposals to make clear and relevant recommendations to clients. She also prepares and manages a range of planning applications and appeals on behalf of clients.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys keeping fit and you will always find her in her active wear even if she’s not exercising! She is very sociable and enjoys travelling the world and discovering new places.
