Leah is one of the latest recruits at Planning Potential and is utilising her research skills and understanding of planning. She is a conscientious and efficient member of the team and her friendly and bubbly persona has already made an impression.

Leah joined Planning Potential in September 2019 after completing her Masters in Planning at The University of Birmingham, and is now working towards chartered status.
Since joining Planning Potential Leah has worked on a range of projects, preparing planning appraisals and applications for a variety of leisure and residential developments, many of which contain historic designations.
Leah is also responsible for managing the planning portfolio for a large high-street leisure operator and has gained experience of submitting and managing appeals through written representations
Outside of the office, Leah enjoys catching up with friends and watching sport. She is a former track athlete and likes to keep herself active. In particular, she summitted Mount Toubkal in Morocco with just two days’ notice!
