Senior Planner, London

Capable, confident and experienced at handling complex developments across London and the UK.

BSc Hons Geography – University of Northampton

MA Chartered Town Planner – London South Bank University

Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute

Gabriella joined Planning Potential in November 2025, bringing with her nearly five years of corporate consultancy experience. During her time at Savills, she delivered planning strategies for major projects, including co-living schemes, residential Green Belt release sites, mixed-use commercial developments, and the hotel intensification proposals. She became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in 2024, following the completion of her master’s degree that summer.

Her planning career began in 2019 at a smaller consultancy in West London, where she focused on householder applications, infill developments, and advising clients on permitted development rights.

Now part of the residential team at Planning Potential, Gabriella coordinates a wide range of residential projects, advising clients on technical inputs, planning strategy, and engagement with local authorities. Her time in corporate consultancy has shaped her commercially minded approach, giving her a strong understanding of client priorities and the importance of a smooth, well-managed planning process.

Outside of work, Gabriella is passionate about nature and enjoys hiking and swimming. She is an enthusiastic traveller, often planning her next adventure abroad. A born-and-raised Londoner, she knows the city well.
