Drawing on her love of discovering places, Tamsin brings her research skills and attention to detail to support Planning Potential’s commercial team.

MA Urban and Regional Planning – University of Birmingham

Tamsin joined Planning Potential’s commercial team in July 2024, where she assists colleagues with research, planning policy analysis, planning appraisals, and the preparation, submission, and monitoring of planning applications and appeals.

After achieving her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham in 2022, she solo-travelled around Southeast Asia and Australia for two years, collecting a range of life and work experiences.

Desperate to continue the adventure, upon her return to the UK she left her tiny Welsh hometown and moved to London to begin her career in planning with Planning Potential and is working towards her APC.

Tamsin loves that planning allows her to continue to discover new places.
