Claire has worked as a planner for more than 20 years. She joined Planning Potential in 2006 and now heads up the Harrogate office, where she has established a capable and enthusiastic team of planners, who handle a wide variety of projects for clients across the north of England. Before joining Planning Potential, Claire worked for specialist consultancies in East Anglia and Central London, on a number of large-scale projects throughout the country.
Capable of managing every aspect of the planning process, Claire’s services include the preparation of planning applications, site appraisals and appeals, and the provision of property portfolio and asset management advice. She handles a variety of large and small scale commercial projects, liaising with clients and their development teams to ensure that the entire planning process is managed swiftly and effectively.
During her career, Claire’s clients have included a number of blue chip clients from the housebuilding, retail and oil industries. She has developed particular expertise in the retail sector and has prepared numerous Retail Impact Assessments.
