Having worked on large residential and mixed-use schemes, Lewis’s research and analytical skills, coupled with his ability to grasp complex planning issues makes him an asset to Planning Potential’s residential team.

After completing his Masters in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Westminster, Lewis joined Planning Potential’s residential team in 2021 and gained Chartership in 2023. Having a keen interest in housing and urban regeneration, he has gained experience on large residential and mixed-use schemes, such as the Tonbridge gasholders site (144 residential units) and the Newhaven Marina (400 residential units). He has also gained experience in delivering medium sized residential developments, such as the Greenhill Allotments for 9 houses in Sutton.  Lewis has also further diversified his experience by working on projects in the private residential sector, and in non-residential developments, including holiday lodges and sustainable energy developments.

At Planning Potential, Lewis has also undertaken site appraisals, prepared and submitted a wide range of planning applications and pre-applications, and has co-ordinated the discharge of planning conditions post-decision.

Outside of the office Lewis enjoys attending Chelsea games, whilst also playing 5-a side football weekly.
