Lewis Wrench

Assistant Planner, London

Lewis is a relatively new addition to Planning Potential’s Residential team, but his research and analytical skills, coupled with his ability to grasp complex planning issues, have quickly earned his colleagues’ respect.

BA Geography – University of Southampton
MA Urban and Regional Planning – University of Westminster

Lewis initially graduated from the University of Southampton with a BA in Geography, which sparked his passion in the built environment. He then went onto complete his Masters of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Westminster, which grew his interest in housing and urban regeneration, whilst gaining knowledge of the UK planning system and planning associated issues. During the course he gained practical experience involving the redevelopment of brownfield sites to create residential-led, mixed use developments. Lewis is therefore very excited to join the residential team in London and has already enjoyed being involved in a range of projects.

Outside of the office Lewis enjoys watching football (when VAR is not involved) and cricket, attending Chelsea games regularly, whilst also playing football weekly for 5-a-side and 11-a-side teams. He also enjoys supporting local pubs and the live music industry.
