Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
Charlotte returned to Planning Potential’s Harrogate office in January 2020, following several years working in London and the South East. After initially joining in 2011, Charlotte has become an excellent analyst and project manager, holding a sound knowledge of the UK planning system having worked on a range of residential, retail, commercial and mixed-use schemes for national retailers and developers across the country.
She has managed projects from inception stage through to practical completion and therefore has an innate understanding of the commercial pressures and aspirations that drive her clients and their demands.
Charlotte can also provide recommendations on strategies and programmes for managing local plan processes and drafting representations on local and neighbourhood plans, influencing future planning policy.
Outside of planning, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her husband and young daughter Rae. As a family they enjoy rediscovering Yorkshire and being in the great outdoors after their years in the big smoke of London!
