Elliot is an experienced team and project leader having prepared strategic studies, promoted sites for residential development, managed estate expansion programmes and submitted major planning applications for a range of uses. He also has extensive experience as an expert witness as part of both Local Plan examinations and at s78 appeals. Allied to this, Elliot has also had recent experience leading large residential multi-disciplinary projects from the client side.
Outside of the office, Elliot spends much of his time taking his children to various sporting activities and, when time permits, cycling around the lanes of Monmouthshire and undertaking DIY projects.
