Tom’s quirkiness and extensive knowledge of historical topics add value to the team

BA History – University of Reading

Tom first joined the Heritage team in summer 2024 on a work experience placement. After graduating from the University of Reading with a BA in History, he returned to the company as a Heritage Advisor in July 2025, while continuing to pursue his MSc in Historic Conservation at Oxford Brookes University to further his expertise in projects relating to the historic built environment.

Tom is particularly driven by archival research and is passionate about ensuring that heritage assets are both conserved and enhanced to achieve their fullest potential. His quirkiness and extensive knowledge of historical topics add value to the team.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys travelling to new places, seeing live gigs, taking part in pub quizzes, and swimming.
