Ella joined Planning Potential in June 2019, having previously acquired nine years’ experience in business and practice management, working for a broad range of professional service providers.

An accustomed member of senior management teams, Ella is capable of strategising and providing high-level support to senior colleagues. Previous roles and responsibilities have enabled Ella to develop skills in accountancy, human resource management, IT project management and the implementation and development of company procedures. Other experience includes business development and marketing as well as communications and engagement.

In her Practice Management role with Planning Potential, Ella is responsible for managing our offices, facilities, systems, processes and procedures. She liaises with her professional colleagues, on a daily basis, helping to ensure they have all the support and resources they need to manage client projects efficiently and effectively.

Ella promotes best practice across the organisation and plays an important part in helping to market and develop the Planning Potential and Communications Potential businesses.

Within two days of joining the business, Ella committed herself to an ambitious open water swim as part of a triathlon event (despite warnings about the water temperature, which is apparently a little different to her usual Pacific Ocean conditions!)
