Eleanor graduated from Cardiff University in 2022 with an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development and joined the residential team at Planning Potential in January 2025. Before this, she worked on a range of schemes including residential and industrial applications.

At Planning Potential, Eleanor assists in preparing and submitting planning applications and pre-applications, monitoring, and submission of Local Plan representations, and coordinating the discharge of planning conditions.
In her free time, Eleanor enjoys reading, sewing, and spending time with friends and family.
