Lewis joined Planning Potential as an Assistant Planner in April 2021, having previously worked at another private consultancy since 2019. Receiving chartership in 2022, Lewis is now a Planner working in Planning Potential’s residential and commercial teams as well as having previous experience on leisure, utilities and agricultural projects.

Alongside general duties, Lewis is responsible for the project management of applications, preparation of fee proposals, promotion of sites through the Local Plan process, and conducting strategic land searches for national housebuilders. During his time at Planning Potential, He has seen his responsibilities increase in terms of project management and negotiating schemes with Case Officers and clients as well as working on larger scale long-term projects.

Away from work Lewis enjoys taking part in most sports, particularly rugby, running and golf, as well as socialising with friends and family.
