Grace joined the Planning Potential team in 2013, after completing her Masters at UCL. Whilst completing her studies, she also worked part-time at her local council and gained valuable experience at a range of different property and planning consultancies.

Since joining Planning Potential, Grace has worked on projects in various different sectors – including retail, leisure and high-end residential. This broad practical experience has allowed her to consolidate her planning knowledge and skills. A number of schemes have also involved listed buildings – enabling her to develop her heritage experience.

Grace compiles comprehensive appraisals, assessing development proposals to make clear and relevant recommendations to clients. She also prepares, submits, monitors and manages a range of planning applications and appeals on behalf of clients.

Grace now works in the leisure team, managing clients’ portfolios, providing technical input and coordinating mixed consultant teams.
