Harrogate Team Moves Office and are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and solution-focused Planner to join them

Established in 2009, Planning Potential’s Harrogate office have just relocated its growing team of planning professionals to 1 Cardale Park, Beckwith Head Road, Harrogate, HG1 1RY.  A new, functional office space located on the south-west side of Harrogate, the team has grown substantially over the last 13 years on the back of an excellent client base, and is now a team of seven talented individuals headed up by Claire Temple. In response to new projects, the Harrogate office are looking for a Planner to join them.

This exciting opportunity provides training with our senior team, giving the successful candidate’s experience across residential and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will assist on a range of work including site appraisals, field research, preparing planning applications and, when required, planning appeals. Working within a busy fast-paced environment, the ability to work flexibly within a team and think innovatively is essential. The successful candidate will work with an enviable and loyal client base across a range of sectors including retail, residential, mixed-use and leisure.
