Helen has nearly 20 years' experience in the private sector, promoting development and framing policy guidance.

As one of the founding Directors at Planning Potential she continues her practical experience with a strong analytical approach to problem solving.

Her strengths lie in delivering schemes to meet clients needs, and she has a particularly strong background in retail development and proactive asset management ensuring clients' maximise their property portfolios.

She specialises in retail and leisure led mixed use schemes.

Helen has regularly acted as an expert witness at Public Inquiries, dealing with policy, retail, leisure, design and amenity issues.
