Planning Potential strike again to help deliver Tenpin’s exciting new venue in the North-West

We were delighted to assist Tenpin with their plans for their new venue in Blackpool.

Following a thorough planning history and due diligence review, we advised Tenpin what planning applications were required to allow them to occupy part of the former Odeon building which had an extant planning permission for indoor sport, recreation and fitness use (Class E(d)) as well as food & drink uses.

We obtained planning permission for a new plant store and kitchen extract duct. We also obtained advertisement consent for new illuminated signage on the Art Deco building. Both consents were granted under delegated powers well before the 8-week deadlines.

We liaised closely with the landlord's planning consultants on the various amendment and condition applications that were required before works could commence on site, providing updates to our client throughout the process.
