Lucy is an experienced planning professional with a strong focus on residential development. She advises on projects from early-stage site appraisals and feasibility work through to planning and consenting strategies and the management of planning applications.

Her experience includes co-ordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams and guiding complex planning applications through to successful determination. Lucy has also led a number of strategic site promotion projects, including preparing detailed representations and appearing at Local Plan examinations.

She takes a practical, proactive approach, working closely with clients, consultants, and local planning authorities to secure positive outcomes. Her advice is clear and well-grounded, informed by a strong understanding of site context, development pressures and planning policy requirements.

In her spare time, Lucy enjoys spending time with her family and young daughter and being outside as much as possible, including cold water swimming, skiing, and the occasional game of tag rugby.
