6 August 2015

We want to ensure that we continue to provide the same level of service our clients have come to expect from us. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, responsiveness and local knowledge, so it’s important for us to have experienced consultants available where they are most needed.

Planning Potential has announced the opening of a new office in Bristol – a move that will enable the thriving town planning and stakeholder engagement consultancy to handle a larger number of projects in the South West of England and South Wales.

Planning Potential was established 10 years ago in Central London and now employs a team of more than 30 town planning, development, asset management and community consultation specialists across three offices in London, Harrogate and Bristol.

Having successfully delivered planning advice on more than 2,000 projects over the last 10 years, Planning Potential’s extensive client base includes retailers, pub companies, restaurant operators, leisure businesses, housebuilders, residential developers and care providers.

“We have been asked to support our clients with an increasing number of projects in the South West and South Wales”, says Planning Potential Director and co-founder Helen Cuthbert. “And we want to ensure that we continue to provide the same level of service our clients have come to expect from us. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, responsiveness and local knowledge, so it’s important for us to have experienced consultants available where they are most needed.”

Planning Potential’s new office, based on Orchard Street in Bristol City Centre, opened at the beginning of August 2015. The Bristol team is already working on a number of major projects for existing clients and is looking forward to growing the client base.

The Bristol team includes Dan Templeton and Alan Williams. Both are experienced planning consultants, with extensive knowledge of the region and established working relationships with local planning authorities.

Dan Templeton says: “We’re looking forward to helping clients across the South West and South Wales to make the most of their property assets and expand their businesses. We provide planning solutions and secure permissions that enable regeneration and development and facilitate change, so it’s an exciting business to work in.”
