Our team provides a wide range of services for those of our clients with large property portfolios, including Asda, Aldi, Regent Inns, Better, Tattershall Castle Group Plc and Pret-a-Manger. The work often involves managing planning and associated property issues for the client’s business across the UK, to ensure that their needs are met in a holistic way for all of their property interests.
We aim to provide a proactive service identifying opportunities from a planning perspective that may have been missed in a standard review of the estate.

- Asda: coordination and progression of proposals to up grade, enhance and extend existing stores nationwide
- Regent Inns: coordination and management of planning and licensing issue
- Pret-A-Manger: management of planning issues affecting their existing and expanding business portfolio
