Management and expansion of store portfolio

We have been advising Pret A Manger since 2007 – providing planning advice to help them manage their existing stores and expand their portfolio throughout the UK.

We have been advising Pret A Manger since 2007 – providing planning advice to help them manage their existing stores and expand their portfolio throughout the UK. 

Working closely with Pret A Manger’s property team, we have provided advice on a variety of schemes involving changes of use, new shopfronts, advertisements and external seating. We have also removed operating constraints and amended conditions – enabling Pret to change store opening hours and increase efficiency.

Since 2010, we have been responsible for all external seating at Pret A Manger stores throughout the UK – making new seating applications and licence applications, as well as renewing all existing permissions.

We have also helped Pret to expand their property portfolio across the UK – advising on potential new sites and coordinating planning applications for change of use.
