Successful committee resolution for Bucknalls Development Limited

After being deferred from November's committee, we stood our ground, and managed to obtain a resolution to grant planning permission for a revised affordable housing provision, based on viability, for Bucknalls Development Limited. This relates to a 100 dwelling development, which we obtained Reserved Matters on, earlier this year. We will now be working with the Council on the amended S106 Agreement for our client.
