Planning Potential secure consent for 77 new homes in Basildon

Last night’s Planning Committee at Basildon Borough Council saw the Planning Potential London Team secure Reserved Matters consent for Redrow’s Nethermayne development. This particular phase will deliver 77 homes and follows on from the approval of two previous phases.

This achievement comes from working closely with our client and the Council and we are looking forward to moving onto the final phase of development for this major site.
