Planning Potential Promotions and Growing Heritage Team

Planning Potential has announced the promotion of several key members within the organisation. These promotions reflect the individual’s commitment to Planning Potential’s values. 

Rob Scadding has been promoted to Associate Director. With over twenty years of experience in the sector, Rob’s expertise has been instrumental in the success of Planning Potential’s London commercial team.  

Sam Elliott, Katia Clarke and Will Rogers have all been promoted to Associate. Sam has played a vital role in growing the company’s Heritage Consultancy offer, with Katia and Will recognised for their planning services and dedicated client relationship building in the London and Harrogate offices respectively.  

Finally, Katy Lister has been promoted to Senior Planner within the London residential team, reflecting her outstanding work and professionalism across a wide range of projects which has been regularly commented upon by her clients.

In addition to the well-deserved promotions, Planning Potential has also welcomed two new starters including Liza Konstantinova who joins the expanding heritage team as a Planning and Heritage Advisor and Ellen Yeo, who joins the London planning team as Assistant Planner.
