New Kent Road: Planning Potential pleased to secure consent for new mixed use development

Last night the Planning Potential London team secured consent for a new mixed use development for Gralaw One Ltd and Capital Homes. The site, on New Kent Road in South London, will provide 81 new homes including 22 affordable homes, and 2,000 sqm of commercial/retail space.
