Pret a Manger
Planning Potential provide planning advice to Pret a Manger for all of their new shops opening each year as part of the chain’s continued expansion. Our work includes securing permissions for advertisements building alterations and written appeals as well as a number listed building consents. In addition to this, we also work to achieve planning permissions and licences for outside seating areas throughout the full range of Pret a Manger shops. To achieve this Planning Potential are closely involved with Pret a Manger and their consultant designers from the early stages of each project in addition to providing a weekly monitoring role. We ensure that the client’s requirements are achieved within the constraints of the planning system, and will appeal if necessary to secure the maximum output on difficult sites.
